4. Personal data protection (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law, we process your personal data fairly, transparently and securely. The data controller is the website publisher (see section 1).

Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: name, email, phone and message — to answer your request and arrange your transfer.
• Online booking (via Farebookings, see section 5): trip details, contact details and payment data — to process and confirm your booking.
• WhatsApp contact: phone number and content of messages exchanged.
• Audience measurement: anonymised browsing data (see section 6, subject to your consent).

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on the performance of your request / the transport contract, on your consent (audience-measurement cookies) and on our legitimate interest in operating the service properly. Your data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted in line with legal obligations (notably accounting).

5. Processors and third-party services

To deliver the service, we rely on providers that may process some of your data:

• Farebookings — the online booking and payment engine embedded on the booking pages. Booking and payment data entered in the module is processed by Farebookings — operated by Torotec Solutions S.L. (Calle Dalias 22, 29640 Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain) — and its payment providers. See the Farebookings privacy policy.
• Web3Forms — delivery of messages sent via the contact form (name, email, phone and message forwarded to the info@taxiairports.be mailbox).
• WhatsApp / Meta — if you contact us via WhatsApp.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — audience measurement, triggered only after your consent (Consent Mode v2: denied by default).
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, subject to your consent, audience-measurement cookies and cookies set by the third-party booking module. A banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies; you can change your choice at any time.
